I found the examples helpful. There was a lot of push toward psychotherapy. I was left with a "Now what?" feeling because I cannot afford a psychotherapist.

Not great... I was hoping for more information about living with and working through codependency. Instead it was mostly examples and explanations. I appreciated that this book didn’t focus on living with an alcoholic, but other than the last couple chapters, I got nothing out of it. I wouldn’t recommend.
