Very fun classic dystopic teen book. Give me angst, give me figuring out who you are, give me finding your strength and sense of justice under fascism.

This book was a very engaging and quick read! It will keep you up all night! Not as masterful as The Hunger Games, but still very enjoyable, and it takes place in Chicago which is an extra bonus!

A fun, fast-paced read that would appeal to fans of THE HUNGER GAMES an MATCHED.

A little bit too YA for me, but it kept me going enough that I'll read the next book on the series.

four can hit it any time

AMAZING AMAZING Book I loved it!!!!
I can not wait for the next book to come out!!
I could not put it down. It was amazing. I loved the whole story line behind it. The way Roth came about with the way the fractions are divided into separate "meanings" and it comes to show no matter how/what we do there will always be conflict in something and someone will always want things their way. I loved growing with Tris and seeing who she is becoming with all these obstacles that she thought that a STIFF would never have to go though. And her love with Four.

I have made it my mission to review every book I've logged on goodreads so here goes:

Looking back on Divergent ten years later, I remember being excited to read it, but it never really stuck with me. The concept was cool at the time, but the characters didn’t leave much of a lasting impression. Tris felt a bit one-dimensional, and the romance overshadowed the bigger themes the book was trying to explore. It had its moments, but overall, it’s not a story that’s stayed with me over the years.
