This is the best of her books I think. LOVED it. And a refreshing coming of age story that didn’t come off as juvenile. Really didn’t like Katie most of time. I know storylines and families like hers. Aggravating but at the end a lot made sense and LOVED the twist. It was so heartfelt and endearing

Wow. Just wow.
I was made to fall in love with these characters. Some emotions did not start off in the same way however, but all (well almost all) hated characters made me love them in the end. The only complaint I have for this book is that the ending felt a little rushed; I had been hoping for a more detailed conclusion which gave the characters a chance to enjoy the relationships formed by the end. BUT I still really loved this book - K.L. Walther, you did it again.
