This is a great little book it has around and continues your practice of "badassery" after reading You Are a Badass. I honestly did not read it page by page, I just open it up to a random section when I feel like I need a boost!

3.5 stars, a fast read that touched on a lot of her points from past books. A good reminder and motivator without having to re-read Sincero's other, longer books.

This book is meant to be read throughout the year as quickly or as slowly as the reader chooses. However, the author states that she wants the reader to use each section as a prompt to improve themselves, meditate on, and set intentions or give gratitude. I clearly did not do this and instead read it all in one sitting. But I can't help it! I love her stuff.
I reconciled this different of pace by taking notes to help me later on throughout my intention setting, gratitude stocking, and meditating relaxation. So many kernels to walk away with....

This book is much more high-level than her others and is a good book for reminders but shows nothing groundbreaking or eye opening. Good for a quick reminder of how to create a positive happy environment and work towards your goals.
