Classic Sincero. I know most of it is stuff that we’ve all heard before, but she makes it feel like a conversation. She makes it feel like she’s rooting for all of us to be our full, best, most badass self. And the big secret is she really is out there rooting for us all to succeed.

I took this out from the library to listen to the audio book today because I needed a pick me up and Jen Sincero is always funny and inspiring. Her audio bikes are the best because she reads them herself and has a great sense of humor and timing to keep the topic interesting, engaging, inspiring, and sometimes also very funny.
