I bet this a field trip Arnold wish he had actual been on. Ms. Frizzle and the gang are at again. This time they take a field trip through the circulatory system. Fun, informative and entertaining, Joanna Cole has a way of writing that leaves children wanting more. I raised my kids on the magic school bus and I'm raising grandchildren on them now. My grandson and I are studying the human body for school and this has been a great starting point. I wish I had a teacher like Ms. Frizzle.

A wonderful read from my childhood, one I’d certainly suggest for other youngsters. Whilst it is not my all-time favourite childhood read I can still recall all the details of this one meaning it certainly left a lasting impression upon my young mind.
And isn’t that what we want with children’s books, for them to leave a positive lasting impression?

The "real human body!" the class is in is Arnold's, which is pretty creepy. Poor kid.
Nonetheless, I always enjoyed the Magic School Bus books as a kid and learned a lot from them.
