My heart hurts for scythe, He’s never had anything close to love until he met Bliss and War. The ending hurts so bad but I’m starting the next book asap

The book got too complicated and there was too many love interests but not enough to really build on any singular relationship

I love Scythe, I love Vincent, I love War(rick)! Development with Nash was explored more, but I'm not really invested in him. I still love all the characters. It was pretty stagnant throughout, only picking up near the end, but I enjoyed seeing the fluff (and smut).

Gus is really suspicious though. Maybe he did something to mess up War's dad's breaks??

Okay this is a review i’m writing after i read all 3 parts.

To start , i was hoodwinked and bamboozled into reading this. I saw a tiktok that made this book seem:
1. Like cute innocent slightly spicy fluff
2. A stand alone

and let me tell you it’s neither of these things.
However, the writing is too good i couldn’t stop reading it.

The story is too crazy and intertwined for me to even comment on it. But the characters are lovable and i enjoyed reading from so many different POVs.
It kept me intrigued and I would say out of all 3 this isn’t my favourite (1st one is fav and 3rd is least fav)but i appreciate that it picks right up from where we left of in the one before it.

As the books go on, especially the 3rd one , the story becomes a little overly complex and sometimes slightly ridiculous.

Regardless, if books of this sort of content generally interest you , this book series was great. A really enjoyable read. Completely got lost in it.

But if you’re like me, and this isn’t your usual, (unless you want to explore , this is a great start), then I’d probably say don’t read this book.
Because of you read the first one, you’re going to want to read the other 2.

I MUST MENTION PLEASE LOOK UP THE TWS FOR THIS BOOK , THERE IS PROBABLY TOO MANY FOR ME TO EVEN COUNT.
