I think this book could have been a bit better, but overall it was not bad. I was a bit surprised by it, and I think I would have wanted the Gods to have a full arc, like we’ve learnt from it, we will stop living in squalor, and will grow further, not just through your belief in us, but overall, surprisingly decent book.
It took 2/3 of slow reading for the book to pick up. I felt a lot of the timeline skimmed the surface with the character development and events for the last 30% of the book. It was an interesting modern take on Greek gods we’ve all learned about through other avenues of life to this take on them living in today’s day. Enjoyable read with some minor problems that don’t make it a 5 star read for me
