I was fairly intrigued when I heard about male and female author Remy Blake. Tempt was a short and sexy taboo read that pulled me out of a three week book funk. The chemistry between the characters was off the charts and the writing styles of Remy Blake blended together perfectly to create what turned out to be a great debut! This was a strong start to what I predict will be some amazing writing between the two. I can't wait to see how far this talented duo is willing to take us in the future!

Just WOW!!!!
I have been wanting to read Remy Blake for quite some time now. I’m so glad I started with Tempt.
Age gap, forbidden...... two of my favorites!

Tempt is a fast and steamy read. I really liked the story line, it just felt rushed. It's worth the read. 3.5 stars

Pleasantly surprised!
Ok so I'll admit I was hesitant. As a mom to two boys, I wasn't sure how I felt about a step-mom taboo romance. Luckily I gave it an open-minded chance anyway and the circumstances surrounding their relationship made it way less taboo than you'd expect.
This story was quick, smutty, hot and steamy. It even had a bit of an interesting side plot that was also the main angst between the couple.
All in all I will say I'm pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed this one. The writing was great, and felt seamless even though there are two authors. I can't wait to see what else comes from Remy Blake.

It was definitely sexy because the chemistry was hot!
However, the actual story itself is not as good as all the others I've read by these amazing authors. Sometimes I forgot he was even 18. He was not without a tantrum or two, but he definitely came off as years older sometimes. To me, the taboo didn't really factor in because nobody was around to care. After Lucas's father died, the mother couldn't even be bothered to come back and give her son moral support and comfort him through his grief. Charlotte didn't really have any friends...so who was around to pass judgment on what they were doing? I'm just saying that it would have made things more interesting.
