•  contemporary why choose bully romance (~200 pages)
• FMC Everly becomes the focus of the “Boneyard Kings,” three boys (Callum, Saint, Mateo) who live in the junkyard, which is nicknamed “boneyard” because of what’s rumored to be buried there
• Everly’s parents died when she was in high school & now her uncle is her guardian; he is also the dean of Blackstone University, where Everly is now a junior
• steam 4/5

• I am pretty sure this was my first “bully romance” so it took me some time to adjust to the early dynamics between Everly & the boys
• at first, I was turned off by them being “bullies” (&I still don't love it)
• suspicious that the “All American” frat boy love interest who is blonde & green-eyed is named “Saint” while Mateo is at university on scholarship & has the most anger issues
• the smut felt like a tease, but it’s because they were still building their connections
• you can tell that the bigger reveals will come in the next books in the series, as this was simply introducing you to the main characters, the world & the alluded tension & past trauma— ending cliffhanger left me wanting to read the next book immediately (I read books 2: Vicious Queen & 3: Ruthless Kingdom as well &the series does wrap up nicely)

Great ending for the Boneyard Kings and their Queen.
I would love a serie with Lorenzo and his business. He seems fun 😏
