scarlett gets a life sentence :/ FOR SERVING TOO MUCH CUNT!!!!!!!

no but seriously, this was a good read for me, made me feel vindictive. I didn’t realize I was in such need for revenge stories, but I will be indulging in more. also I looked up a fancast for this and people want mia healey as allison and I’ve NEVER been so on board with something before in my life

I did not want to put it down! I love a femme fatale and felt the author did a great job of putting you into the characters' headspace. I enjoyed how each chapter alternated between the viewpoints of the two main characters. Good twist, too!

The best book I've read all year! I was hooked from the beginning and never knew what would happen next.
I'm so glad there was a happy sapphic ending that we never got in Killing Eve.

It’s exactly like Dexter, but following a female protagonist.

I can’t believe that the two narratives were the same girl: present  and past. That was a total surprise to me. I enjoyed the juxtaposition of Allison hating Carly for trying to help her/killing her best friend where Mina loves Scarlett for hurting men that have hurt others. I’m glad that Scarlett finally found love.

What a great, terrible and scary story! There’s a couple really great twists that I didn’t quite see coming. The narrators were perfect choices for the audiobook.

Carly is a good girl who discovers sexual freedom. Scarlett is fantastic feminist serial killer. Eventually their worlds collide, but not in the way you’d expect.
