Holy WOW.
I said this before and I'll say it again. I don't know what drugs I was on when I read this the first time because I can't believe I gave this two meagre stars!
Kate Stewart is a genius! A boss in my eyes for giving us this story because whew!
The tale and the story itself was great. Having to get an in depth glimpse of method actors and the lengths that they go to give us amazing movies has me looking at these Hollywood types with a new found respect. Also even though the book was kind of vague with Blake's experience with cast couch abuse seeing how it messed him up was really saddening.
I wish Mila would have had more character development because in the end I still saw her as a bit of a weak character.
I loved Lucas and his rags to riches story. Overall the story was beautifully written.

I devoured this. I was all wrapped up in it and it was hard to put down. I loved reading the ins and outs that Lucas had to through to fine tune his craft. The struggle and strain that it put on not only him, but also his marriage. Mila is fantastic. The understanding and love she has for Lucas got her through some tough times. I would say the one thing that held me back from 5 stars were the flashbacks. There were a lot of flashbacks, I was getting a wee bit frustrated with them. By the 60% mark I wanted to pull my hair out. But I was so invested with the story that I had to know how it would end. The ending was great, I had all the feely feels.
I've held off on this one for over a year. I think I started and stopped a good half dozen times.
I'm glad I finally just went with it.

DNF at 42% - I just could not get into this for the life of me. It was extremely slow and I just wanted it to end which was obviously a bad sign for me. The endless flashbacks and back and forth just didn’t work for me.
Brilliant.
That about sums up Kate Stewart's most recent release, Method. Honestly, I wish I coule live inaide her brain for a while to get a glimpse of the genius that is up there. I don't know where she gets her ideas or what goes through her mind as she weaves and crafts her remarkable stories.
I would love to give you a taste of the magic within these pages, but I promise going into this story with nothing more than the blurb will heighten the pleasure you experience.
This complicated and riveting tale of love and loss will be one that sits at the top of favorites for 2019. Kate Stewart knows how to slay readers with her words. Trust me, you'll want to pick this book up immediately. It's unlike any other romance I've read and one that won't soon be forgotten.

Wow!
I cried, I screamed, I laughed, I was hurt, I was angry, and in the end I was happy. This book wrecked me and then built me up again. I loved it!

It took me a while to get into this book. I really have to be in a mood for books that flipflop between timelines, and I missed that mood on this one. But I think it was beautifully written, I really did end up enjoying the book as well. Mila and Lucas have a unique relationship and I think maybe that's where I disconnected, this isn't your average cookie-cutting story. Again no fault to author, the book was still great! This was my first Kate Stewart book, and I can honestly say I want to read more of her work.
WOW!
This book hooked me in from the first page. I absolutely loved this story so much. I’ve never read a book like this before. I don’t have the words right now to give a decent review but if someone is seeing this - pick up this book! I read it in 24 hours whilst moving house and working. Every spare second I was absorbing this book and I loved every page.
