 I love this book so freaking much. This was absolutely fabulous. The alternating timelines give really good perspective to the story, and I love how she explores the concept of "what if the superpowered good guy isn't really good?" Sets us up with a fabulous morally grey protagonist who I love so much

"problemáticos... humanos... brincam... com... seus poderes"
 Foi uma leitura divertida e fluída. Boa pra entreter, mas não sempre. Tive momentos (mais do que gostaria) em que eu ficava um pouco entediado e com sono. Fielmente acredito que seja porque estou em uma outra vibe de livros (algo menos fictício), mas Vilão não deixou a desejar mesmo em tais circunstâncias.
 A escrita da V.E. Schwab é gostosa, fácil e realmente traz fluidez. Gostei muito da quantidade de capítulos e de como ela constantemente te faz acreditar em uma coisa e depois quebra sua expectativa (às vezes com algo bom, às vezes com algo ruim). Gostei bastante 😳

Wow I l loved this book! It was genre bending (fantasy / sci-fi / thriller) and was so easy to get into. All the characters are so flawed and there’s so many morally grey characters and situations that keep you on your toes and make you unsure who you should root for (the answer is probably no one but the characters are so murky that there’s no clear line for so much of the book.)
