i genuinely loved this book. the way he made her feel wanted despite having scars and despite her feeling crazy. it was such a good read. i def would recommend to people for a short romance that’s very sweet.

This book had me hooked right from the beginning! It was a great light reading! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I found the ending a bit rushed and confusing. Otherwise I had a really great time !

Ahhh my darn heart just melts with these two! I love any dark gothic style emotional romances and this one has got to be one of my new favourites!
His utter devotion to her is breathtakingly sweet. The hand written notes, yes please! I loved watching his look after her, giving her everything she needed even if she didn’t want it.
ALSO… his shadow can detach and becomes a literal shadow daddy😈 need I say more?😝
Absolutely loved it and I loved Avina’s writing style as well, I fell in love from the prologue😍
