Pretty good collection of short stories for Poirot. All four are of better quality than the Poirot Investigates short stories, imo, since they're all more Poirot's style (locked rooms, complicated relationships, etc) than Sherlock Holmes style stories.

Interesting short stories, or maybe novellas. Some of them felt like they were out of some of the longer Poirot books. Was a bit confusing as I did suspect the right people or at least what really happened.

For clarity I’ve only read Dead Man’s Mirror- not the four short stories people keep mentioning. Very good story which kept me guessing until the end- I noticed a lot of it was quite similar to some other Christie novels eg the mirror reminded me of the Miss Marple story , and some other bits I felt were later reused. But good pacing and most enjoyable
