The Bookshop Sisterhood is an incredible read that deserves a full five stars! This book dives deep into the real struggles that friendships can face, exploring themes of trust, vulnerability, and personal growth. It also highlights the importance of therapy in helping individuals heal and develop, making the story not only engaging but also meaningful.
One of the book’s strongest aspects is its characters. Each one has a distinct personality, yet they all share a common fear—hiding parts of themselves to avoid judgment. This tension creates plenty of drama, and let’s just say, this book will take you on an emotional rollercoaster! At times, you’ll find yourself screaming, laughing, or even shedding a tear.
With its mix of drama, heart, and deep friendships, The Bookshop Sisterhood is a fast-paced and compelling read. If you love stories about the bonds between women, personal growth, and a bit of drama, this book is a must-read!

DNF around 35%. Extremely soap-opera-y. Like an unbelievable amount of trauma (some very cliche) happening to the characters plus so much interpersonal drama and childish behavior.

This was a fun read & showed the beauty of friendship and sisterhood!! I loved how they supported each other through highs and lows but weren’t afraid to hold each other accountable! Based on the title, I had hoped for the bookshop being the main focus of this story and was disappointed that it wasn’t! It was still a good read though!
I adored the friendship between the four main characters. As individuals they all had some pettiness and childish ways about them. It did get a bit confusing switching back and forth between the characters but all in all great book.
