I was hesitant to begin this because of the reviews. But this was super cute and different to other books I’ve read. It’s very wholesome and I’m so here for this story

ohhhh why did it have to finish there!
I want to know what happens next already 🤣 as always enjoyable to read and hard to put down. Loving the links to an earlier series, nice to meet those characters again. Looking forward to the next instalment when it’s out.

Chase Stone and his sister, Alex, are left their estranged, late father's business. They also learn that they have a brother they didn't know about. Their father's will states that they must find this sibling in order to receive their inheritance. Piper Maddox was their father's assistant until she was fired for no reason two weeks before his death. Chase and Alex rehire Piper as she is the only one who knows the ins and outs of the business.
This is book #1 in the author's new series, The Heirs. I thoroughly enjoyed it and can't wait to read the second book. While this doesn't end on a cliffhanger as far as the relationship between Chase and Piper, it does leave a major storyline to be continued.
I really liked the three main characters-Chase, Piper and Alex, Chase and Alex's sibling relationship was so strong. Plus, Chase is an absolute gem of a man and boss. So genuinely kind. He was nothing like his unethical father. He grows to care about Piper and becomes very protective of her.
This is a longer book for a romance at 416 pages and it isn't really focused on the romance in the beginning. Nonetheless, I still found the whole plot very interesting!
Thank you to Over the River PR for including me on the book tour and for the #gifted copy of the book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

All Our Tomorrows by Catherine Bybee and narrated by Meg Sylvan is an audiobook I hesitated before requesting because the struggles of rich, hierarchical families is really, really not my jam (never seen an episode of the Kardashians, fact lol. However, and this is a huge however, I loved "When it Falls Apart" so I took a punt and really got into this title
Yes, it took a couple chapters, but the concept of an inheritance only being released on the proviso that the benefactors find their sibling, of whom they had no clue? Brilliant! Not to mention the whole Piper Chase malarkey, well!
Meg Sylvan gives an enigmatic performance across all characters and I am looking forward to more from Catherine Bybee, another delicious read!
Thank you to Netgalley, Brilliance Publishing | Brilliance Audio, the author Catherine Bybee and narrator Meg Sylvan for this outstanding ALC. My review is left voluntarily and all opinions are my own
