hmm. i actually enjoyed this! except the lore was super confusing (maybe because im not familiar w the folktake?) and i didn't feel like it ever got explained succintly. took me until the last ~30 pages to somewhat understand the Hellbeast and all of the mechanisms of the world. idk it felt inconsistent in how the world worked? if that makes sense? anyway. gonna go look up Mad Meg aka dulle griet on wikipedia now!!!
