I would say I liked this, but I didn't love it. I saw it recommended numerous times and was quiet, looking forward to it. Sadly, I just wasn't in awe of the twist. It was good, but I did guess it. As a result, that mostly takes the thrill out of the thriller. It also disappointed me slightly that we didn't find more about Carly because we got such an insight about her through the first chapter but then as soon as it was figured out only a sentence or two was given to her story and I felt I wanted to know more given how much we were made aware of her torment.

the beginning started so strong! but there were far too many threads, some unnecessary, most completely unbelievable. im all for suspending belief but it started to feel a bit ridiculous as it came to an end.
