Such a sad heartbreaking story about missing women, children being held captive, and a whole lot of unknowns that slowly unravel in this suspenseful novel. Great story!

This book gripped me from the first chapter, and kept me guessing. Really enjoyed it.

The constant jumping back and forth of timelines got to be a bit much. And the very end felt really rushed- the last 3/4 took a sharp turn that was really out of left field and just felt undeveloped. I would have liked more time given to the Delilah conclusion.

I really liked the majority if this book, but towards the end the”plot twists” just made me feel like I was being mislead by the author. She left intentional bread crumbs that made me feel like I could at least pose a guess as to what happened. The character with the strongest morals really fell victim to all the things in this book and I felt as though there were so many dead ends only to distract the reader.
