The reality of ‘aql in the Quran and Sunnah, and its correlation in the life of Prophet saw. I love this, well researched book with a beneficial topic which is definitely relevant to our times.

A great book for a book club bc it’s dense and has good topics to dissect and explore. It aligns with a lot of what I’ve learned in other settings and frames it a different way. The community is hungry for more books/knowledge on this topic and it’s a topic I hope continues to gain more classes & books.

There are constructive knowledge that the author wrote within this book that we can relate to between Islam and our daily life. Most commonly he touched on the topic of EQ, an emotional intelligence that the Prophet S.A.W has which we can adapt with, he shows some examples from the stories of Prophet S.A.W that we could follow along who might increase our EQ as well. I have learnt new insights in each of the perspectives or views given and it could be beneficial for you too. Overall, I love how we can follow the Prophet S.A.W as an example in our daily life in social communications to be better at it, slowly but surely.

It was assiduously researched, i’m not going to lie. I went into the book with high expectations - so didn’t really enjoy as much as I was expecting. Overall I think the author did a great job at filtering and studying the history of the prophet by analysing his character. I believe I have to give this book another chance to truly immerse in the story
