It is very interesting how the story started as a small comic made for Citröen, to become an epic story that encompasses dreams within dreams. It is not the weirdest stuff from Moebius, but his world of Edena is captivating. The ending, though, felt a little rush. Many things where happening at the same time and Atana, one of the protagonist, was barely there.

For sure it has many stunning illustrations but the plot seems to sidetrack toward the end.

A big, beautiful book. It's five episodes of the adventures of Sal and Atan on Edena, with notes about the story's history and the author's progression with the work. The end got... weird. Also, a bit machismo for my taste - for a pair of people who'd lived their whole lives genderless, they certainly snap quite quickly into their rolls of masculine hero and damsel in distress.
