Kaichou wa Maid-sama! Vol. 12
by Hiro Fujiwara

4/5 stars

Well, I didn't expect that Usui's brother would be exactly like him in appearance with only difference of their hair colour. Smh.

For unexplained reason, Gerard--Usui's brother has ordered one of his bodyguard to follow Usui. Therefore, Usui and Misaki decide to catch him to get more information... Sadly, they never succeed.

But at the end, boldly, Usui told Cedric that he and Misaki are dating. Whoa :O

Other than that, the last chapter from this volume focused on Aoi's attempt to design costumes for the maid cafe. From this, we know that he is such a talented person in fashion and designing.

I know a lot happened in this volume, but my favorite part was definitely Aoi-chan's character development.

He started as the annoying-rude kid with ambitions going through a rebel phase, but he really matured into a person who knew what they wanted with their life and learned how to put his talents/ambitions into good use.

Kinda envy Misaki not just because she has Usui as a lover but because she has Aoi-chan as a (best)friend.
