Was alright. I liked that the main chick stated that she knew she was naive and immature (she occasionally acted and did naive and immature things). It was nice to see that admitted. Acted her age, of course. 19 is still immature and foolish.

Student teacher trope

I went into this book blind. The only thing I knew was a student fell in love with her professor. I absolutely adore this trope; however, there is a trigger warning for sexual assault. This book dives hard into the life of one who’s been assaulted and is constantly battling to try and get out of the dark spaces in their head.

Good book. Even though there are a lot of sex scenes, we get to know the characters and their lives pretty well. It was interesting how they navigated their relationship and how they worked on their feelings and fears.
