This book could be so much shorter. There are so many repeats in words/scenes, but nope 800 pages. Also I think the writers has a kink where you get caught mid act.

I started Keeping 13 immediately after I finished Binding 13. If I could give an infinite amount of stars to this book, this series, I would. These characters own my heart. I’ve thought about these characters for so long after finishing the books. I can’t help but feel heartbroken for everything they’ve had to endure. But I’m so beyond happy for everything they’ve gained and accomplished. I love the found family they’ve made, the love they all have for each other. The friendship and undying loyalty. I just want Johnny and Shannon, and everyone else in the books to have the whole world and nothing but love, happiness, and safety. I will always recommend this books. Wow.

It's a good book. The MMC's friends are funny. They have good relationship with each other. I love how the author told Shannon's story based on real life complications within some families. I understand the feelings of the Lynch kids. The only thing that made me give this 4 stars is that the book is so damn long.

This book gave me all the feels. I was laughing and cringing one moment and almost crying the next. It had much more character growth than the first. The author knows how to present unique relationships and dynamics that don’t fell forced. Do yourself a favor and read this series
