I finished it because I had to.
But they fell in love in 2 freaking days! I don’t care that they knew each other and he used to like her or have a crush.
But anyway, I finished it, because my OCD won’t let me leave something unfinished but this book wasn’t worth it .

Just so sweet

This was such a good book! Something I would recommend to you g readers with no worries about what ideas they would get from it. A good clean love story that is needed for young readers but can still be enjoyed by the adult! Amazing job

Playing For Keeps. This is another YA sporty romance from Maggie Dallen, and is her usual excellent and fun work. If you're familiar with her work, you're going to enjoy this book. If you're not, it is a good introduction to her style. Shortish at under 200 pages, this is a fairly light and easy read, perfect as a palate cleanser from something heavier or darker. Very much recommended.

This book had a pretty decent plot. It keeps your attention and it a fast read. If you are looking for a clean love story from high school this is a good one for you.

Cute and enjoyable at the time but ultimately unmemorable.

I read this book in 4 hours. It was just plain fun to read. It was a good way to pass the afternoon. Also, I actually felt some sort of connection with this heroine (I don’t no why. I’m no tomboy, hate sports - it’s just running from one place to another for no reason to me- and haven’t had any of her experiences except maybe having supportive parents and younger siblings) so it may have been that.

I don’t remember what other book I’ve read by this author by was pleasantly surprised then and now I was again.

This plot was so refreshing, best friends are together, and then suddenly not. She then gets kicked off of her football team (and yes I call it football, I'm from Europe) and she wants to find a new team.

I really really liked this book, the chemistry between Hannah and River was so good and just in general the whole story was so relatable. Especially the feeling of not doing the right thing in discussions with someone gaslighting you. I despised her ex, how he talked to her I found myself reflecting on conversations I had with my ex Boyfriends. I had similar experiences and could feel her frustration to do the right thing, but nothing would help. Just really loved that.
