I read most of the book, but put it back after I read specific sections I wanted to read.

Finally got around to reading this after seeing it cited here there and everywhere in Covid thought pieces. I loved the ideas at the core of this book (particularly the ways in which unhelpful metaphors can negatively impact those who are ill - ie 'battling cancer' etc) but did find the execution a little less accessible than I had hoped (although I did the audiobook, so perhaps a better one to read and reflect on). Some knockout quotes but not a slam dunk overall for me.
