Really abrupt ending. Luc was kind of annoying at first, but grew into himself. I think that was the point of his character though? The best part of the book was the narrator. Phenomenal job with all the accents. There were one or two times where I truly thought it was a different person narrating dialogue.

Immaculate, complicated, and heartfelt.

This book is one of my favorites. The characters were both complex and messed up, but they're still good for each other in a way that says this is what healing looks like.

What a mess of a book. Painfully British, which isn’t points off it just needs to be noted.  Every moment of a small high, you could expect within one page the biggest low. The stakes, deeply confusing and I could not believe. The characters, oddly real but also violent caricatures. What we fix everything in the last 7 pages of the book? We’re doing it on the buzzer?  There was a portion of the book in the middle, that actually was really awesome and the character building/relationship building was great but then we went back to whatever the fuck was going on

Fluffy romance. I liked the second half, the growth of the characters was good, but Luc really needed some intense therapy.

Cute story but not the clearest plot - lots of sub plots that didn’t really drive the main story line. Wholesome and light hearted book!
