Ich finde die Buchreihe so viel besser als Bridgerton, was vor allem daran liegt, dass sich die Story hier aus den Adelskreisen Londons herausbewegt - wodurch die Figuren und der Plot so viel mehr Potential haben. Ich mochte die Ansätze von forced proximity mega und fand auch hier das Setting auf dem Schiff cool. Leider hatte die Entführung konsensmäßig am Anfang einen bitteren Beigeschmack, wodurch ich im ersten Teil nicht ganz so mitge iebert habe. Dennoch eine süße Story, vor allem für Leute, die historische Piratenromances mögen.

This one might be my least favorite Rokesby story so far (not a huge fan of majority of the book taking palce on a ship), but the ending was cute!

Another Bridgerton story but with pirates this time! I really like Andrew and Poppy. They're sweet together and I found the plot different and engaging from other books in the series. Love the ending.

Standard friends to enemies, cute and easy to read! I actually listened on audiobook, which was fine except the narrator's non-character accent sounded a little put-on to me, but it wasn't distracting enough for me to stop reading.
