First of all, I have to say that the author is my beloved cousin and I am so proud of her! I believe that her story will inspire & encourage many Christian women to pursue the path God has for them while being content & at rest in every stage of their lives. There is so much wisdom & Biblical insight in this book and there is something for every woman who wants to seek after God's heart & His plan for their future.

This book is about one woman's journey to realizing that God has more for those who love Him than just hurrying up & achieving that "one thing" they dream about- it's living every day for Him & not wishing your life away until the "one thing" happens- and in her case it was marriage.

She gives her insight on years of waiting for her dream to be married to be fulfilled and at times is painfully honest about the misconceptions & fantasies she believed about marriage.

Through her journey, she learned how to have a correct, Godly perspective & shows those who are waiting on their future mate (which by the way this can be applied to more than marriage- any dream you believe God has put in your heart that you've prayed for & haven't seen come to pass), that there is purpose and good to be worked out by God for those who love Him in all stages of their lives.

Even though I am already married, I have gleaned so much from the principles given in this book that I can apply to the unfulfilled dreams that I'm still believing God for myself.
