I love Bell Buckle, those Hennington boys, the meddling moms, and Cooper and this book delivers all of it.
4.5 stars for another emotional read, 4 stars for the first half and 5 stars for the second half.
Grace and Trent have 20 years of history and Grace has had enough and is ready to walk away from Trent to get her own happily ever after. This book made me laugh so much and as with all Corrine books, it also made me cry. I wasn't sure how I felt about Trent but he won my heart.

If I'm being honest, I went into this book thinking I would hate it based on the synopsis. But because I'm stubborn and told myself I had to finish the series I went ahead and read it, and I'm quite glad I did. I enjoyed this more than I thought I would.
Grace and Trent were interesting characters and their story did keep me invested. I do feel like there could have been a bit more meat in their story, I don't think we got enough background on Trent to fully understand his actions throughout the book.
I loved getting to see the characters from previous books and Trent's father in this book became one of my absolute favorites. I'm glad Cooper wasn't made to be a bad guy to help make Grace and Trent happen and I can't wait to read Cooper's story.
I enjoyed this one and will be checking out Corinne's other work. I would recommend this one to anyone who enjoys the following:
✔️ Small Town
✔️ Second Chance
✔️ High School Sweethearts
✔️ Known Each Other a Long Time
✔️ First Person Dual POV

Okay, so I've come to the realization that Corinne's books REQUIRE tissues! Each book in this series has had me in tears and I keep going back for more because her books consumed me! Trent and Grace's story was heartbreaking, eye-opening and redeeming! So many times I wanted to smack some sense into Trent and others I was cheering him on. Grace was definitely a strong woman to be so in love with Trent and patient waiting for him to realize what he had!
"This isn't some spur-of-the-moment thing. This is me not wanting to waste a single minute. This is me wanting you to be mine. This is me finally listenin' to my heart and needin' to do right by you. I want to marry you."
This was an amazing series and one that I highly recommend!

I didn’t like the way the MC was treated by her love interest. I tried to keep going but it didn’t get any better.
You wait twenty years for a man and then two hotties come along together (oh, no it's not that kind of book, I mean they arrive together like buses).
Say I'm Yours had small town cuteness. The local store. The close knit family. The town sheriff. Everyone in each other's pockets. I love that sort of thing. The Tennessee is strong!
I have to give Grace her dues, to wait twenty years means you gotta love that dude. And Trent to make a lady wait is not nice. Now Cooper, hey diddly ho Farmer Coop!
I had tears! Actual tears. I did want to ride a horse and a cowboy too. Ain't no cowboys in these parts though. Maybe Coop should have a bus man's holiday and come see a Yorkshire farm! Great idea right?
Enjoyable read with some ooooh and aaaaahhhh moments. Some twisty plot changers and little tears.

I love Corinne’s writing and the Return to me books, but this one had some unnecessary drama, hence the rating. Full review coming soon.
I really enjoyed this second (or third, or 1 millionth) chance romance, but after meeting all the Hennington brothers, I can say that Wyatt is still my favorite. Don't get me wrong. I ended up loving Trent, but I think I just had a hard time with the fact that Grace has been waiting for him for 20 years, but he doesn't get his act together until she attempts to move on.
Although there was some good angst and push and pull early on, things shifted towards the middle/end of the book, and the drama was more family related. This isn't necessarily a bad thing and I really was surprised, but it honestly wasn't as powerful as the bombs dropped in the other books. Speaking of the other books in the series, I loved catching up with Zach and Wyatt, and the "games" at the end of the book left my heart happy and full. If you have the chance, this is also a great listen narrated by the amazing Andi Arndt and Sebastian York. Andi Arndt is especially incredible and she brought so much emotion to the story.
One of the best parts of the book for me though was Cooper. I completely fell for this loving and sweet man, and I want so badly for him to get his own HEA. I'm excited that I won't have to wait long for him to get his own second chance love story/novella! Though I'm sad to say good bye to the town of Bell Buckle, TN and the Hennington boys, I have loved every minute and can't wait to see what adventures Corinne takes us on next!

This woman and her writing and stories... They kill me everytime. I've read and ADORED every single book that's been published. She really knows how to mess with your emotions. If you've read hers before, you know it's no secret. if you've never read, keep this in mind. Tears will be shed, if not, then tears WILL be in your eyes. I've cried every book. I'm an emotional person (I'm sure you all know this by now) so it doesn't take much for the water to start flowing. But seriously. I get sucked into her books immediately. Grace is definitely my favorite female character she's written so far. She's the character I've related to most in her stories. Not completely, but enough. These Hennington boys... Seriously, I wish emojis worked here because they get my feelings out better than words. It's easier and faster. :) But seriously, I can't with these books and I adored Trent and Grace. I love this gang so much I'm not ready for it to be over..
5 stars
Oh my gosh, so many emotions with this one! I love a good book that dares to redeem an irredeemable character. From the first two books in this series, I did not like Trent. I felt like he was the biggest jerk in the world. In this book, we get Trent and Grace's roller coaster book. Ups and downs, side to side, these two were all over the place! Something I love about this book, is that they technically both know that they're meant to be together. Trent just needed a little bit longer to pull his head out of his ass! Typical man right? Grace is an angel sent from heaven. If she were my girlfriend, I would have laid it all out for her over a night of wine, shots, etc. But this author did a great job of making me want Grace and Trent to get their HEA together. I'm so freaking sad that my time with the Hennington boys has come to an end! I need more! 😭
