This is a werid one. This books had a lot of problems for me. By putting in statements like breathing can cure ADHD. Thre are god bits of good information in here. And it will get you to try breathing through your nose more. Which is probably a good thing.

It's another case of a book making you feel like this one thing can fix everything. It won't but hey there might be some good ideas to help on a journey.

One needs to go into this book like one reads another idea compilation book with anecdotes, like freakanomics or Malcolm Gladwell. It’s a review of ideas old and new on something we all take for granted but of which science doesn’t seem to understand well the intricacies - breathing. I found some of the ideas fascinating, and like many others am now very consciously thinking about how I take my breaths.
