I started with the Mortal Instruments series and honestly, I didn't like it. Surprisingly, I decided to give this series a try anyway, because it wasn't the idea of Shadowhunters that was bad but the execution in the MI series. I'm pleased to say I like this one more. The characters are not as annoying and immature and there is a decent plot that's moving along. I'll jump to the second one to see how it goes on.

A solid start to the series! I love the tone and where the series is going
I just love the start of the Infernal Devices. The story is so good and has a lot of funny moments, as well of moments of drama and that you say WHAAAAAAAAT!!!!!!!!! So a 100% recommended!
