Los hermanos Reed me han arruinado

*SPOILER ALERT*

Sky and Matt - she is the one who steps in, who is the one who forgives and forgets but also the one who is extremely strong; he is the one who nearly died but now knows what he wants and goes after that with full force.

I am very enamoured. Sky is such a great woman. Seriously, the way she steps in for her half-sister's kids is amazing. And yes, she struggles but she is also great.

I love Matt, loved him from the very first moments on when he tried to be strong for his brothers even though he didn't feel that way at all. He is a great guy. And hot ;)

The only thing I had a HUGE PROBLEM with was that she was really forgiving. I mean, she grinned at her dad the whole time, she let him walk down the freaking aisle and yes, she also yelled at him, but that was way too nicely done. I mean, seriously, this man never cared, this man never did anything right in his life and he treated his own daughter like she didn't even exist!! And her mother, oh gosh, don't get me started on her.
Yes, both know they made mistakes but how can she just forgive them that easily?
I think she should have cut them out of her life completely, sure, the kids should still meet their granddad but she doesn't have to have him in her life anymore. He was so close to ruining her. ..

Well, yeah, but a very fine book :D

I have been waiting for Matt's story since he was first introduced in Tall, tatted and tempting. Matt stole my heart in that book, as he appeared to be in a palliative stage of his illness. This story finds him a few years down the line, in remission but still single after the heartache of being dumped after diagnosis. Matt is everything that all the other Reed brothers are, tall, blonde and gorgeous but also with the biggest heart. This book plunges into Kendra's funeral, a fellow cancer sufferer of Matt's and half sister to Skylar. Sky is asked to take on Kendra's children and Matt is a willing helper. I loved the connection between these two even if it was instalove. They moved extremely quickly and I would have enjoyed a slightly slower pace. However, this was easy, lose yourself reading and I did enjoy it.

I am totally intrigued by the hint of Paul and Friday, so I'm fairly desperate for their book. I hope it's coming soon. The Reed brothers and Tammy Faulkner never disappoint.

I was provided with a copy of this book in return for an honest review.

The Reed Brothers… Need I say more.

Loved Matt's story. Had me laughing, crying, swooning, and everything in between. Wonderfully sweet

While not my favorite in the series, a good addition. Of all the brother's, Matt was the one I was most interested in reading about. Falkner did a good job at creating a love interest and story that worked without focusing so much on Matt's illness or some the NA fodder that tends to be displayed in many of these types of stories. I can't wait for Paul and Friday's story next! :D
