This was lowkey just 500 pages of both Darius and Orion drooling over both the twins and hating themselves, Seth being a crackhead menace as usual, and Caleb being a vain, lovable asshole with a tiny sprinkle of little seeds of Max's crush being planted.

Needless to say, I adored it! I hit a bit of a wall in the 7th book a bit ago and got distracted with a bunch of other books I wanted to read, but this is pulling me back into the world and characters that had me in a chokehold at the beginning of the year.

I didnt nearly enjoy this book as much as the other main books.
I read this between book 5 and 6 and that felt perfect in terms of character info and understanding. It was cute seeing hints into relationships that bloom later.
Other than that i found it extremely boring, and frankly i didnt really feel the need to see the boys perspective, there just felt like a lot of repetition.
