This was as intense as a CoHo book except I wasn’t expecting it. There were moments I loved but definitely moments that I really disliked while reading- I struggled with the whole I’m broken and you’re broken too so let’s get together and see if that fixes it vibe but individually I enjoyed Natsyas story.

This book is so annoying. Half of the plot is just the main female character slut shaming other girls and the sexism is unbearable. I didn't understand her choices of why she dress the way she did. She wanted to dress in shortest clothes possible because she knew people were going to look at her anyways, but she would complain about other girls dress in skimpy clothes. If the book didn't nearly have the sexism that it did. The book would have been much better.

I read this after it being on my TBR for years. And I’m sorta speechless. I thought I’d be too old to relate with the characters in the story, but the writing was so beautiful it is completely captivated me.

Crying too hard to review right now

I love this book! It totally captured my heart and never let go.

Don’t read this book.

If you’re an adult you are not going to be charmed by the tortured metaphors and colloquial “teenage voice” that every character has, regardless of painfully enhanced personality differences.

If you’re a teenager...don’t buy into the “women are objects,” “any amount of physical competence demonstrated by a girl is a threat to nearby boys’ masculinity,” “keep running away from your problems until someone falls in love with you and solves them” bs.

I’ve never been more glad to be done reading something.

Okay, the first 100 pages were a chore to get through. I kept wondering what I got myself into. With that being said, after I made it to Chapter 17, I flew through the rest of the book. I was invested in Nastya and Josh, even Drew. I needed to know any and all that happened. I’m a sucker for a good “found family” trope, so I enjoyed this book. As I stated earlier, the book was just too long - many parts that could have been eliminated.

This is a must read book! I absolutely loved this story.

FUCKING AMAZING! I don't know if I will come back and add a real real review so I will simply say this. Brilliantly written! Though provoking! Heartbreaking! Angst ridden! Gently endearing! Full of a love I don't think I've read in any other book...real love...believable love...FUCKING AMAZING LOVE!!!
