I wasn't sure I was interested in reading Astrid's story - I found her uptight and boring in Delilah Green Doesn't Care - but I was so wrong. Astrid and I have SO MUCH in common, and I also resonated with Jordan's fear of not being worthy of good things. And the spicy scenes were HOT. On the downside, I'm very much not in to tarot so I found that whole aspect of the book tedious, as was the author's occasional tendency to over-explain things. But as a whole I loved this book - and can't wait to read Iris' story!

God I love the comedy and I wished Astrid was more of a bisexual disaster. Also the romance was a let down because Jordan didn't want to be used and heart broken but that quickly was dismissed and yeah.. better as friends than lovers at least until the third book.
