I don’t think I have read a novel in verse, or a long form poem (what’s the difference?), since high school, so I may not be exactly the target audience.  It was fun to read, though I’m not sure if the meter added to or detracted from the story. The whole premise is interesting, and you definitely get the “insider” feeling reading about a social circle and all the accompanying drama of daily life. I’m too old for whatever platform it was supposed to be emulating, but it reminded me of livejournal. It also reminded me of Detransition, Baby, which is also about cliquey NYC trans lesbians who like to deliver long, philosophical monologues. This wasn’t as good as that, but if you only want a small dose of monologues, and with rhyming, this may scratch the same itch.

Generally, yeah! The rhyme scheme seemed purposely kind of odd and it often doesn't scan, but you know what, it's still a fun idea and an interesting accomplishment. I should quote some of my favorite bits---the stanza about Philly Trans Health makes the cut of course---when I have it on hand.
