Very poorly written. No description of how the characters felt or thought, so I couldn’t get in to the story or care about the characters. A very disappointing back slide in the author’s writing ability.

2025: Wow what an incredible story of the bravery of the women held under Japanese prisoner of war camps. All based on a true story, heart breaking at times and a tough read.
