This is my review for the audiobook version, narrated by David Mitchell.
It's a speedy, humourous romp through the earliest monarchs to the end of the Tudors, with a lot of wit and banter along the way. I very much enjoyed Mitchell's narration, his voice kept me hooked all the way through and I would love a second part from the Stuarts to present day.
