Last of the Skyland Series  and I am so sad! I enjoyed  being apart of this friendship! All of these characters  have grown on me. I am glad that Hendrix  got her happy ending  too! Maverick  was such a great love interest  and support  system  for Hendrix. I really want to know what  happens  next because  I'm  invested!

OMG Kennedy !!! You did it again girl! I put off reading this book bc I truly didn’t want to leave Skyland. I found soooo much healing there. Hendrix story wow I felt so seen. It’s like some of my subconscious thoughts were just put on paper. I loved bringing in characters from other books esp Yas and Soledad. Collectively I seen myself in each of these women. I’m so glad to have experienced Skyland. Thank you Kennedy 🤎

Nothing will beat Josiah and Yas but I still enjoyed this conclusion to the Skyland series. I especially loved how Mav cared for Hen so that she could care for her mother. Some questions and comments:
  1. Did Hen ever meet the mother of Mav’s daughter? Was Hen considered a step-mom, even though the daughter was a teen? What was that dynamic like since she didn’t want kids?
  2. The Reve plot kind of fizzled once she heard about the relationship. It seemed to not be a big deal despite it being the main reason they did not get together at first.
  3.  I thought at first Reve was involved in the court case- like maybe she was trying to get back at Hen. That wasn’t at all how it played out, so it felt like there was a lot going on that wasn’t connected.

I had to take breaks with this one. Oh this tugged so hard at my heart strings. Kennedy Ryan did her big one with this and gave Hendrix the story she deserves! It’s been a minute since I cried so much through a story. I have no other words for beautiful this was.

-Maverick is PRESSURE!!! And I love all of it and him. That man knew what he wanted and got it.

- I need a Skipper and Bolt novella or something!
