Se que es un libro corto y mucha trama no puedo esperar pero es que en que momento se enamoran? Solo se conocen y ya se aman.
El protagonista todo el tiempo hace recalcar que la quiere proteger, y demás COMO SI FUERA UN PAPÁ. Me sentí muy incomoda leyendo este libro más porque es un age gap y el protagonista lo deja claro. Las escenas sexuales las sentí MUY INCOMODAS desde el momento uno que se conocen el protagonista *Tyler * piensa sexualmente sobre Carrie. Recalcan algunas cosas "aniñadas" que hace Carrie y se le hacen tiernas CUANDO NO LO SON.

Not much going on in this book. Insta-love, no character or plot development really, no conflict… just way too unbelievable for me and the steam was so-so, so unfortunately I just don’t think this author is for me.
ETA: changed my rating from 1.5 to a 1 after thinking back on my reading experience. This was not campy enough to make the ridiculous plot work and not steamy enough to forgive the overall feeling of ‘meh’ I had while reading this story.

Narrator Review: The male narrator has a delightfully deep and gruff voice. The female narrator’s voice is very expressive. Both are good voice actors and were clear and easy to understand.

This book was the perfect mixture of grumpy, OTT mountain man and shy, virgin FMC who cross paths during a storm. Carrie is on her way to her best friend’s wedding when her car gets stuck in mud, and along comes Tyler, who falls in love with her on the spot. He doesn’t tell her that he can get her car out, and instead insists on taking her home so they can ride out the storm. The tension sizzles between these two and they’re both proclaiming their love soon enough
