Booker and Poppy have been best friends since they were little children. But Poppy got her heart broken when she was 18, so she decided to move to Germany. Now she is coming back to London and she is anything but the cute little Poppy that Booker remembers. While Poppy's apartment is still getting ready, Booker has a free room in his, so they decide to move in together. But can two best friends really just life together? When old feelings resurface, it gets harder to ignore them.

Keeper is the third book in the "Harrison Brothers"-series by Amy Daws. Even though I haven't read any of the prior books in this series, it didn't really matter, as most of the characteres were introduced again. Even though I am not a soccer fan in real life, there is something about soccer players in books that makes me like them. Anyway I really liked this book. Only the ending seemed a bit rushed, when Booker suddenly realised his feelings.
I just bought the first book of the series, so I'm going to read that now ;)

I love this book and Booker!! This was such a brilliant read and truly pulled at me, throughout the whole story. There was so much history between these two, and so much they still were afraid of. I found myself wanting and wishing for them to get together, even cheering from the sideline…yes, my hubby found it odd when I’d celebrate or commiserate aloud, but it was so worth it, for a read this good!

Once again, Daws has created characters that are full of passion, life and the flaws we all suffer. This truly makes them very real and relatable, which instantly hooked me to this story. I loved the link between life, sport and those little things in between, that really made the story realistic and totally believable.

The pace was excellent. Nothing remotely felt rushed, but I also loved that there were moments of passion or even anger that had the pace quickening a bit, to bring it to life, as well as slower moments to really take in the depth of what sea taking place or being said.

Overall, this is a truly brilliant story and is one that is going to be hard to top, as it is by far the best of 2017 romance I’ve read!!

**I was given and arc and chose to provide my honest review.

Poppy is was great and could've made this 1 Star a 2 Star, but alas I was just not in the mood.

When I received the invite to listen to this audiobook I was jumping up and down. I was so excited. I loved Challenge and Endurance, and Keeper did not disappoint.

I love Ms. Daws writing and this was my first audiobook for her story and I have to say she chose the narrators perfectly. They caught all the emotions how I imagined them
In my head. Simply perfect.

Booker and Poppy are just amazing together. As a friends and as a couple. But it doesn’t mean there was no drama to get to the stage of being lovers. This book is so packed with feels that I sometimes felt overwhelmed. And it. Was. Amazing.

Loved every second of this audiobook.
