First off my low rating is lot because this was poorly written but because I just didnt like it. I think if I had read this instead of listening to the audiobook I would have dnfd. That being said. The writing is good. I kept wanting to root for the characters but I justa didn’t like the story… it made no sense to me and I couldn’t get in their heads enough to understand why they were following the actions they did. 

I think the biggest problem with this book is there needed to be a very big conversation about the main conflict and it just never happened. It never felt resolved. I was so frustrated the whole time.

this just isn’t a good book. the premise is intriguing and it has the bones to be a beautifully complicated love story but it doesn’t have the emotional depth needed. its too insta lusty and just so bleh. just not worth the time.
