Insta-lust doesnt really do it for me, plus the "meet-cute" (if it can be called that) for the love interests is entirely unnecessary and not very tastefully executed. The whole thing kinda gave me the ick

I’m sorry…the FMC is ridiculous. Unlikable to the point I can’t keep reading for now. 10% in, and I was struggling to even get that far. Also not a fan of the forced trauma bonding plot.
Straight up nothing happens in this book. The pacing is slow, the characters aren’t very likeable, and it was getting to be mediocre smut with no plot.
