Chapters 9 til the end are helpful. Lots of uncomfortable truths. However up to that point it’s hard to get through with example after example. The authors state this is necessary but the organization could have been better. I almost didn’t finish but I’m giving it 4 stars because of the last portion of the book.

If I didn't know any better, I would have thought this was by biography. It depicted my relationship, so well and gave me a greater understand of my boyfriend and myself. It showed me how commitmentphobic he truly is and what triggers him to have such anxiety.

Truly interesting book that helps clear up how both sexes sabatoge relationships. Helped me understand my fears.
