I listened to the audiobook of this & idk if it’s just because I’m in a horrible reading slump right now or what but I just couldn’t get into it. It started off pretty good, but then as it went along, I just got bored & the characters were just giving me such an ick. Like insufferable. The whole “kink” thing wasn’t even anything crazy in my opinion & maybe I’m just numb to stuff like that but I don’t know. I will say Ali Hazelwood books have always been a hit or miss for me, so it’s ok I’m moving on!

It wasn't as spicy as the author made it sound. I know it's a sports romance but it seemed like I needed to know more about diving in order to fully enjoy the story.
In summary, I liked the book but didn't love it.

This was a really solid read! Scarlet and Lukas' chemistry was off the hook. Penelope was written to ragebait me (I wanted to fight her)
