This book was well written and an interesting storyline but semi-predictable. I had suspicions on the plot twist around 65% of the way through and was correct. I wish there was more to it but I’m also not upset that I read it.

i just want to know why she killed her husband without all this babble in between

It was so slow and didn't quite catch me. I liked his other thrillers better.

Wow. What did i just read? To quote the author, “I’ve always loved that feeling of reaching a twist and suddenly realizing you’ve been viewing the whole thing the wrong way.” Describes it perfectly. I do think though, i may be a bit too young to understand this book fully. I’d love to read this again in a few years, but then it spooked me so much the first time that i don’t know if i’d want to pick it up again. We’ll see.

Won't elaborate. A must read.

I can see why people like this book. The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides was a story that kept me interested the whole time and that I read literally in one sitting. I loved the way the book led me to think a certain way but revealed something in the end.
