I didn't enjoy this book as much as I thought I would. Not sure if it's because I have been reading many books of this nature or if I'm just not in the right mental/emotional/spiritual space for this to resonate with me, but I didn't find it compelling. There are definitely some good parts here and there, but overall it was just okay.

Very insightful on how to change your perspective of the world ad other people in it and how that can affect your mental wellbeing!

One of the most powerful books that I have ever read! A must read! This book will elevate your life and your mind. I will certainly be reading and rereading this book for many years to come!

a lot of victim-blaming, in a sense that if something bad happened to you that means you didn’t love enough

i’m all for love and empathy, but that sort of preaching harms vulnerable people and helps harmful ones
