There was like one instance of good bedroom consent practice in this story, and a WHOLE LOT of instances of BAD consent practice. Also the writing in general really did not do it for me.

I received an arc copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. A massive THANK YOU to the author for this absolute gem, this freaking gift of a book. Can you tell I had some feelings about this read?! Well let me tell you!

I am a gushy, mushy, smushy mess of heartwarming, wholesome, delicious emotions. Oh my GAWD I loved this! Meet Me in Los Feliz now joins ‘One Last Stop’ and ‘The House in the Cerulean Sea’ in the top three books that are my queer comfort reads. This book had everything, found family, holiday events, schmexy scenes, funny moments, fun characters, self growth, an unapologetic plus sized woman, and (I’ve never read a book with this aspect in it before and I was HERE for it) a short king. I had a freaking blast reading this book and I can’t wait for the release day so I can buy a copy and reread it IMMEDIATELY.
